Metabolic dysfunction is the deadliest disease globally, but especially in the West. It claims countless victims under the cloak of cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
Also our quality of life is negatively impacted by the toxic food we eat and by the metabolic dysfunction it breeds. Some example ailments, which can arise from this, are rheumatoid arthritis, overweight, fibromyalgia, and depression.
If your primary problem is overweight, obesity, underweight, or malnourishment, then this is the path for you. On this path, we'll focus on getting rid of superfluous fat and correcting malnourishment. You will also work on other problems, but our focus will be on your nutrition.
If your primary problem is rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, or atherosclerosis, then this path is for you. On this path, we'll focus on lowering systemic inflammation and improving immune modulation. Of course, we'll also tackle other problems, but our focus will remain on getting rid of systemic inflammation.
If your biggest problem is insulin resistance, cancer, chronic fatigue, or diabetes, then this is the path for you. Here, we'll focus on improving the metabolic capacity of your mitochondria. As above, we'll knock other problems out of the way as well, but the focus will squarely be on your mitochondria.
If your biggest problem is weakness, osteoporosis, muscle atrophy, or mental fog, then this path is yours. We'll focus on improving your resilience – both mentally and physically – and performance. We'll tackle other problems as well, but we'll remain focussed on your resilience.
Our own journey began with losing weight and making daily exercise effortless. Improved nutrition and increased movement simply melt fat.
A lot of hypertension seems to be caused by overweight. In reducing overweight and increasing metabolic capacity, we've normalised the blood pressure of two clients, who now both are medicine-free.
Until now, we've only had one client with asthma, but a anti-inflammatory dietary strategy was able to entirely eliminate all asthma symptoms.
One client with increased blood sugar has been able to lower medication and blood sugar simply by eating those things, which lay on the intersection of healthy and tasty.
